New Housing and Development Facilitator at Salt Cross

WODC are pleased to have welcomed Eliane Pony to the Salt Cross team from South Oxfordshire where Eliane undertook the role of Housing Officer at Soha Housing.

Eliane has a Masters in Project Management in the built environment at Oxford Brookes and has more than 14 years of housing tenancy management experience. 

Keen to support the community, Eliane has contributed to community charities such as Oxfordshire Credit Union and Abingdon Passion Play as a Trustee.

At Salt Cross, Eliane is keen to support self builders and all those interested in planning community led housing. She said, “I’m very excited to take on this role as I am always sensible about affordability, the fact that it is sustainable and people will be able to live healthy lives. I look forward to bringing in my expertise to support residents in all stages of production in this new development.”
